    Our products support CE, UKCA, FCC and RoHS, meet European and American import standards.
     
  2. Do you support Tuya WiFi and APP control?

    Yes, WiFi version is optional, compatible with Tuya Smart APP.
     
  3. What is your MOQ and delivery time?

    MOQ is 50 pcs for stock items, delivery within 3-7 working days.
     
  4. Can you do OEM / Custom logo?

    Yes, we support custom logo, package and appearance, MOQ 100 pcs.
     
  5. Do commercial chargers support OCPP protocol?

    Our commercial wallbox supports OCPP 1.6J protocol.
     
  6. What trade terms do you accept?

    We mainly support FOB Guangzhou  
     
  7.  Do you provide a product warranty?

    Yes, all our products carry a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer after-sales support including replacement parts and technical assistance. For large-volume orders, extended warranty terms can be negotiated. Contact us for details.
  8. Can I get product samples before placing a bulk order?


    Yes, we provide samples for evaluation. Sample orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. The buyer is responsible for sample and shipping costs. For qualified bulk order prospects, we may offer sample cost deductions on the first production order. Please contact our sales team to arrange sample ordering.

  9.  Do you support Amazon, eBay or Shopify e-commerce sellers?

    Yes, we have extensive experience supporting e-commerce sellers on Amazon EU/UK/US, eBay, and independent Shopify stores. We can provide professional product photography, content sheets, compliance documentation (needed for Amazon listings), and FBA-ready packaging. Ask about our e-commerce seller support package.
